The article proposes a technological scheme for the process of obtaining alternative fuels from local biomass by method heliopyrolysis. Besides, temperature regime in reactor pyrolysis device and thermal energy savings consumed specific needs device, as well performance are analyzed. It is known that reducing consumption technology major challenge because (heat) must first be supplied to maintain regime. Typically, processes carried out unit at expense coal, natural gas or electricity consumption. For operation very large amount required decompose waste, additional heating requires excessive To prevent these problems, solar concentrator’s heliopyrolysis system heat reactor. Applying concentrator this type can achieve 400–700 °C. A schematic diagram experimental was developed, samples (pyrogas, liquid, solid fuels) were obtained result processing biomass. Based on analysis material balance plant with parabolic-cylindrical concentrator, it found about 20 % pyrogas, 60 liquid fuel, 8–20 fuel during cotton stalks an initial load 3.76 kg.
